It's abit surreal, but this afternoon, we'll be collecting our flat keys and sealing the transaction of the flat. And we will be co-owners of our own place.
I guess it's always been something that 'will happen one day'. Just that now it's happening, it's abit, yeah, surreal. (in a good way of course). And the flat design is also taking shape and looking good.
We're still struggling with honeymoon plans and have kinda given up on the cruise line. It's quite a bit to spend, plus we've searched of alternatives - where we are able to take short ferry rides to see glaciers and the like without spending the entire 7 days at sea. We figure it may be a better bet.
Inspired by julian and charlene, i'm now looking through some mountain lodges or the like to perhaps spend 2 nights. They are all not cheap..but sounds so nice from what i read. We don't have to do it, but well, it could be a good break from all the travelling and running around - which we must do on any trip. we can't just plonk our butts in one place for one week.
I'm going for a swim now, then come back and prepare for the HDB appointment.
